• Worked as Wildlife Assistant, Range Forest Officer, Assistant Conservator, DFO & Dy. Conservator of Forests in various parts of Kerala.
• Retired from Indian Forest Service in 2013.
• Recipient of the prestigious Dr Salim Ali National Wildlife Fellowship Award (2005).
• Authored the Research Report on Conservation planning for Wetlands of North Kerala (2008).
• Served as Editor and Publisher of “Kananathozhi” Environment Magazine (2006-2008).

• Founder Managing Trustee of CHEST - Clean Habitat & Environment Service Trust.
• Prepared Concept Management Plan for Parassinikkadavu Snake Park.
• Assisted in Management Plan preparation of Kadalundy Community Reserve.
• Associated with conservation groups like Malabar Natural History Society (MNHS) and Society for Environmental Education in Kerala (SEEK).
• Served as Expert committee member for Kerala State Biodiversity Board.
• Practiced as Lawyer in Kannur Bar for two years.
• Served as Expert member of District Environment Impact Assessment Authority (DEIAA).
• Consultant (Environment) for Kerala Rail Development Corporation.
• Wildlife Expert Member for preparation of DPR to Elephant Rehabilitation Centre, Kottoor.
• President, Kerala, for Social Justice for International Civil Rights Council (SJFICRC).
• Executive Member of Kannur Waves, an art & cultural Forum.
• Vice Chairman of Samkalp IAS Academy, Kannur.

Personal Interests

Interested in trekking and covered various parts of the Himalayas & Kailash Mansarovar. Staying in Kannur, Kerala with wife Shanthi. Blessed with two children (boy & girl) placed & settled in Bangalore after marriage.
