REEP FOUNDATION - Objectives

The objectives of this organization are listed below.

Main Objectives
  • 1. To promote social welfare, protection of human and animal rights, protection of environment, education, research, sports, art, commerce, charity, religion and any such other objects including development of the Nation.
  • 2. To conduct educational and consulting programs related to various education and career opportunities viz, primary, secondary, higher, technical & professional education, teaching, online training, counselling, university admission services, administrative training, management consultancy, placement service etc.
  • 3. To run, manage, promote and participate in all types of government and non-government programs for development of society.
  • 4. To conduct survey and data collection to identify zones of socially and economically backward sections of population and to prepare projects to uphold social justice.
  • 5. To identify issues related to pollution and environmental disaster and to find solutions.
  • 6. To mitigate human – wildlife conflicts and related issues in conflict zones.
  • 7. To identify the gravity of unemployment and to find practical solutions for furthering employment.
  • 8. To support the cause of development and bring to the notice of the authority wherever discrimination or deprivation is noticed.
Matters which are necessary for furtherance of the objects specified above are:
  • 1. To enter into any agreement with any Government or authorities (municipal, local, or otherwise) or any corporations, companies, persons, cooperative societies, organizations, or institutions in any part of the world which may seem conducive to the Company’s objects or any of them and to obtain from any such Government authority, corporation, company, or any person any contracts, rights, money, privileges, powers, authority, charters, contracts, licenses, and concessions which may be thought by and/or on behalf of the Company desirable to obtain and to carry out, exercise and comply therewith.
  • 2. To help find opportunities for the deserving in higher education for underprivileged individuals and become agents of development in our own country and the rest of the world.
  • 3. To provide scholarships and free education to students and to meet a part of their day-to-day expenses while pursuing their studies.
  • 4. To prevent women and children from being abused and to enable the economic and social empowerment of women and children.
  • 5. To promote healthy living and to facilitate prevention, early detection, and management of non-communicable diseases.
  • 6. To raise awareness around suicidal behaviors and focus on reducing social stigmas and ambiguity by bringing attention to suicide statistically and sociologically, and by encouraging positive dialogue and engagement to prevent suicide. To reduce misconceptions and encourage those who are suffering to seek help and find a support network.
  • 7. To increase awareness of the dangers and consequences of drug intake and to provide accurate information about different types of drugs, their effects, and their legal status.
  • 8. To provide housing, medical, food, educational, occupational, and other social welfare services to people who would not otherwise have access to these services.
  • 9. To protect and conserve critical environmental resources and invaluable natural and man-made heritage which are essential for life-supporting livelihoods and the welfare of society.
  • 10. To enhance capabilities, competencies, and expertise in specific areas. To enable people to perform tasks effectively and contribute meaningfully to their personal and professional pursuits. To empower the youth of the country with adequate skill sets that will enable their employment in relevant sectors and also improve productivity.
  • 11. To ensure justice to all and promote the welfare of the people. To safeguard group interests and not individual interests for which fundamental rights have been provided.
  • 12. To deal with complex situations in a tactful manner to lessen conditions felt to be oppressive or dissatisfying. To encourage students to express their grievances or problems freely and frankly.
  • 13. To educate and increase public awareness of particular philanthropic causes, medical conditions, organizations, or topics. To inform and educate people about issues with the intention of influencing their attitudes, behaviors, and beliefs towards achieving a defined purpose or goal.
  • 14. To reduce unemployment, improve infrastructure facilities, create export opportunities for the domestic country, and provide technical know-how and consultancy services in areas like finance, marketing, human resources, and accounting.
  • 15. To promote peace and harmony and create growing awareness of the nexus between religious harmony and global security, serving as a powerful motivator for states to champion religious tolerance.
  • 16. To provide relief and assistance to poor or needy persons, including specially challenged children and patients suffering from cancer, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and pollution-generated deficiencies like Endosulfan issues. For that purpose, to establish, maintain, or support charitable institutions with the same or similar objectives.
  • 17. To assist or collaborate with government agencies and other NGOs in the required fields to achieve and materialize defined objectives.
  • 18. To provide social security to people in the form of pensions for old persons and widows, health and life insurance, housing for the economically weaker class, to develop rural and backward areas, and to increase skills and knowledge to generate employment.
  • 19. To create a conducive atmosphere and infrastructure inside the country for the promotion of tourism and to educate hosts on hospitality protocols. The aim is to promote all aspects of tourism, including heritage, culture, pilgrim, farm, eco, and other responsible tourism projects.
  • 20. To open any kind of account in any bank or banks and to draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, execute, issue, and negotiate bills of exchange, hundies, promissory notes, warrants, debentures, and other negotiable transferable instruments or securities.
  • The objects of the company extend to the whole of India.
